Lehmus Roastery was founded in 2016. The roastery and its café employ 20 coffee professionals year-round. Our roastery is located in a brick building built in 1914, which previously served, among other things, as a pontoon factory.

Ethiopia
This light-roasted Ethiopian coffee comes from the Jimma region of Ethiopia. The coffee grown by Nesru Aba Nuran is cultivated at an altitude of 1950–2000 meters. Thanks to the high elevation and volcanic soil, the coffee features grape-like sweetness, black tea aromas, and fruity, sugary notes. The coffee has a full-bodied and smooth mouthfeel.
Brazil
This dark-roasted coffee comes from the Fazenda I.P. farm, located in the Pedralva region of Southeastern Brazil. We have been sourcing coffee from Luis Pereira’s farm since 2016. The coffee features chocolate and cocoa-like nuances, with a full-bodied and smooth mouthfeel.
